I suffer with allergies and had an issue with my eye swelling up. The next day it looked like I had a marble-size pocket under my eye. I went to see Bob for a mini manual lymph drainage session, and when he was done the swelling dissipated by about 90%. It’s amazing how MLD works!

I recently came in post op after having Lipo, the lymphatic massages were great, helped with scar tissue and healing. Bob is great and so knowledgeable.

Recently saw Bob for a deep tissue massage and it exceeded expectations.  Ive been dealing with a difficult and tricky shoulder issue for years and it was recently aggrevated.  Many have failed to dig deep into and find the right spot.  Bob worked my shoulder out providing immediate relief.  Bob is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his business and it shows.

I cannot recommend this manual lymphatic drainage massage enough! I came in post-op, feeling swollen and uncomfortable, and left feeling lighter, more mobile, and incredibly cared for. Bob was knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire session. He explained the process clearly and tailored the treatment to suit my recovery needs. After just one session, I noticed a visible reduction in swelling and felt real relief. If you’re recovering from surgery, this is an absolute must. Truly a healing and restorative experience!

Been going to Avant Garde for years. It was hard finding someone who really understands the lymphatic system. Bob is very knowledgeable and a true professional. He has helped me with my Lipedema. Highly recommend for anyone looking for manual lymphatic massage (MLD) or any other massages.

Bob is very knowledgeable and awesome at what he does. I came in with bad shoulder pain.  He not only helped greatly with the pain but discussed what he felt, stretches I could do, and exercises that could help. He told me how the different muscles work and gave me knowledge to avoid the same injury. He was very professional.

Bob is absolutely amazing. I had a lot of swelling from a month after a big surgery that seemed to be getting worse with time. The pain was chronic and after one visit with Bob, I felt so much relief and there was no pain. I felt normal for the first time in a month. I’m going to continue going to him to get the best results as possible. I love how
he has a wealth of knowledge and gives you all the tools to understanding the lymphatic system, what he is doing, why my body retained fluid, etc. He takes his time, answering all of my questions, which relieved my anxiety. He was truly the answer to my prayers because my recovery was not easy and every day I was in pain.If I didn’t see him, I would not have the ability to heal properly and there could have been other problems like scar tissue. I could literally feel the pain and pressure disappear as he performed the manual massage. I would not ho anywhere else and I hope you go to him to receive the proper care!!!

I had a lymphatic drain massage and therapeutic massage and both were excellent. I also got some great background info on how LDM works and benefits your body, plus some helpful tips on how to alleviate my shoulder tension. Definitely recommend!

My scar healing is also AMAZING!!

I have been a client now over 1 month . I was very nervous after surgery to have massage , however after one phone call with Bob , I felt more educated and confident about going. Bob is very gentle and skilled at what he does . After my first appointment I felt improvement and that has continued in ever visit since . My surgeon saw me at my three week follow up and told me my healing was that of someone who had surgery 3 months ago and he believes a great deal of it was reflective of Bob’s massage and help. Bob takes his time to educate you on what your body needs and what he is doing . His sense of humor places you at ease. He is always punctual and the place is very relaxing . You can tell Bob takes a lot of pride in what he does . I AM beyond happy with my results and my healing . I would highly recommend Bob and his staff for services .

This place is an absolute MUST!! Bob is a wonderful caring awesome therapist! He is extremely knowledgeable about the lymph system which is what I was told by my breast specialist I needed.  I thought do they even massage the breast area? Well they absolutely do! I instantly felt relief in my extremely tender cystic breasts! Really clean place and amazing staff I had to chance to use the sauna for muscle recover after a workout and after i felt great.

Very knowledgeable staff. It is approached from a PT point of view, which is a great benefit to anyone with pain or injury. It was also very relaxing, especially with the addition of the infrared sauna. I left with less pain in my back and shoulder and feeling serene, like I had just spent a day at a spa.

Wonderful experience.  Staff was courteous and  didn’t keep you waiting.  I felt truly relaxed by the time I left.
