Truly a great massage. Robert is able to work out all my knots without leaving sore muscles afterwards. Which in itself it's a tall order for a deep tissue massage. And the infrared sauna is so relaxing.

I came to Avant Garde Total Wellness Centers for a manual lymphatic drainage massage. Bob was a wealth of knowledge on my condition and made me feel confident in the procedure. I will update this review once I can speak more of the effects but I am sure I will know soon. The massage was relaxing and every detail was attended to. There is plenty of parking and the entrance is a side door (which leads down stairs to the office) just off the parking lot. Definitely worth a try if you need the benefits of a MLD massage....more

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment the session began, I felt completely relaxed. The technique was incredibly gentle yet surprisingly effective. Definitely a must for post surgical healing.

The therapist’s knowledge and calming presence made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for something soothing that genuinely helps your body reset, I can’t recommend a lymphatic massage enough. It’s a perfect blend of relaxation and wellness.

Bob is absolutely amazing. I had a lot of swelling from a month after a big surgery that seemed to be getting worse with time. The pain was chronic and after one visit with Bob, I felt so much relief and there was no pain. I felt normal for the first time in a month. I’m going to continue going to him to get the best results as possible. I love how
he has a wealth of knowledge and gives you all the tools to understanding the lymphatic system, what he is doing, why my body retained fluid, etc. He takes his time, answering all of my questions, which relieved my anxiety. He was truly the answer to my prayers because my recovery was not easy and every day I was in pain.If I didn’t see him, I would not have the ability to heal properly and there could have been other problems like scar tissue. I have been a client now over 1 month . I was very nervous after surgery to have massage , however after one phone call with Bob , I felt more educated and confident about going. Bob is very gentle and skilled at what he does . After my first appointment I felt improvement and that has continued in ever visit since . My surgeon saw me at my three week follow up and told me my healing was that of someone who had surgery 3 months ago and he believes a great deal of it was reflective of Bob’s massage and help. Bob takes his time to educate you on what your body needs and what he is doing . His sense of humor places you at ease. He is always punctual and the place is very relaxing .
