Your therapist uses flowing light-to-medium pressure, focusing on long strokes and calming techniques. You'll experience reduced muscle tension, slower breathing, and deep relaxation. Sessions begin with a brief consultation and end with hydration advice to prolong benefits.

Yes. We tailor pressure and pace to your comfort, prioritizing gentle strokes and clear communication. New clients receive a consultation before treatment to address health concerns, positioning, and pressure preferences for a safe, relaxing experience.

Typical options include 60- or 90-minute sessions. Sixty minutes covers full-body relaxation; a 90-minute session allows extra time for tight areas and deeper unwinding. Choose based on availability and how deeply you wish to decompress.

Absolutely. During consultation please highlight any areas of tension or discomfort. Therapists will prioritize those zones while maintaining overall relaxation. If you prefer not to work on certain areas, communicate boundaries and we will accommodate.

Certain medical issues—acute infections, fever, uncontrolled hypertension, recent surgery, or deep vein thrombosis—may contraindicate treatment. Please disclose medications and health history during booking. We can offer alternatives or request physician clearance if needed.

Arrive hydrated, avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand, and wear comfortable clothing. Complete the intake form and share any concerns with your therapist. Allow a few minutes after the session to sit and reorient before returning to activities.
